Description
Breathwork is an active breathing technique that helps you get unstuck, self-heal, and discover a higher version of yourself. By concentrating on the syncopation of the breath, your mind stays focused, gets away from its usual problem-solving mode, and lets you get deeper into your body where you can focus on healing. Old stories, old emotional wounds--breathwork can help dig into them and start to lighten their grip. What does a session look like? We'll ground ourselves as a group, then you'll lie down and engage in the active breath, with guidance throughout, followed by a restful period of quiet meditation and rejuvenation.
